Rodney Newsom and Jasper Scott came out soon after we called. We told them we wanted the house zoned into four sections. They told us how they could do this and what we had to take down, which wasn’t as much as I thought. They came back when they said they would and did the work very quickly and efficiently. We are now enjoying our new system. I have always been satisfied with the work performed by Jon-Wayne. The Jon-Wayne employees have always been knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and efficient.
The work recently performed by Jasper Scott was even well above the usual. Jasper was aware of the difficulty we were having because our air conditioner was down. He worked well into the evening in the high temperatures, skipped his dinner, and generally performed at a high level to get our air conditioner fixed.
I’m sure you’re well aware of the caliber of employee you have in Jasper. He is obviously knowledgeable and efficient. Beyond that, he is conscientious, friendly and genuinely anxious to perform at a high level.
